Terms of Sale
Last updated: 16 July 2026. These terms govern purchases from Kovarra (online trading name — "we") via pay.kovarra.xyz. By completing a purchase you agree to them. Contact: contact@kovarra.xyz.
1. What you are buying
Self-install license: the complete Kovarra source code (payment server, checkout, dashboard, blockchain watchers, WooCommerce plugin), a one-command installer, documentation, and a signed license key issued to you. Managed deployment: all of the above, plus installation on your server and domain by us and a guided first payment.
2. Delivery
Delivery is by email to the address you enter at checkout, within 48 hours of your payment confirming on-chain (usually much sooner). Make sure the address is correct — it is our only way to reach you.
3. Payment
Prices are in USD, payable in USDT (Tron) or USDC (Base) at the pegged rate shown at checkout. Blockchain transactions are irreversible by nature; send exactly the amount shown, on the network shown.
4. Refunds
If we fail to deliver within 48 hours of your payment confirming, you are entitled to a full refund. Because the product is delivered as complete source code that cannot be "returned," all sales are otherwise final once delivered. A live demo exists precisely so you can test everything before buying.
5. License grant
Your license is perpetual and covers use of the software for your own business(es), on servers you control, with unlimited transactions, including modifying the source for your own use. It does not permit reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the software itself as a product — for that, see the partner program. Your license key identifies you as the licensee; the software keeps working even if Kovarra one day doesn't.
6. Updates & support
12 months of updates (features, fixes, security patches) are included from the date of delivery, sent to your delivery email. The software and license do not expire when the update period ends.
7. Your responsibilities
- You run the software on your own infrastructure and control your own wallets and keys — we never have access to your funds and cannot recover keys you lose.
- You are responsible for complying with the laws, tax rules, and regulations that apply to your business and your jurisdiction, including whether and how you may accept cryptocurrency payments.
- You are responsible for the security of your server, admin credentials, and license key.
8. No warranty; limitation of liability
The software is provided "as is." We warrant that it materially works as shown in the live demo at the time of delivery; beyond that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid. We are not liable for lost profits, lost funds resulting from your configuration or key management, or actions of third parties (blockchains, hosting providers, wallet vendors).
9. The demo
demo.kovarra.xyz runs on test networks with valueless test tokens, exists for evaluation, and may be reset at any time. Don't send real funds to demo addresses.
10. Changes
We may update these terms for future purchases; the version in force when you buy is the one that applies to your purchase.
